What is the difference between an associate and an affiliate?
Associate: voice and vote in assemblies, belong to the board of directors, courses and certifications at cost, free credential of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) within the first three months of the year of registration, and all the benefits at national level by AMPI national, access to events organized by the section and at national level.


Affiliate: all benefits at the national level, preferential costs to courses and certifications, access to events organized by the section and at the national level.

Requirements:

  • Filling out the complete form

  • Payment: depending on the type of membership, if you wish to enter as an affiliate you must have an active associate member to act as your sponsor and direct responsible.

  • Photo: formal with white background in high resolution, credential size, JPG format.

Cost:

Associate: $10,000.00 plus $1,000.00 new member registration.
8,000.00 renewal with 20% discount in January 2023.
Affiliate: $5,000.00 per year for new and renewals.

  • Legally in the state: having a current state license according to statutes.

  • Official identification

Note: all members must send an updated tax status certificate.
